Website request forms will only be used for the purpose of the request and will not be shared or distributed to any other organizations for any other reason. Donations are processed directly through Network for Good and all information provided during the donation process is secured within the Network for Good Privacy Policy.

What information is collected by us?

In general, you can browse the Website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. The only information we gather during general browsing is from standard server logs. These may include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating system, and information such as the web site that referred you to us, the files you downloaded, the pages you visit, and the dates/times of those visits.

How is this information used by us?

The information gathered during general browsing of the Website is used to analyze trends and usage of the site and to improve the usefulness of the site. It is not connected with any personal information.

What information is collected by us?

If you make a donation to Gemma Services through this website, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number and payment information. This information is collected only with your knowledge and permission. Gemma Services stores demographic information and information related to the amount and purpose of your donation in our donor database and financial records. We do not retain credit card numbers. Processing of credit card information related to donations made online is handled through Network for Good (www.networkforgood.com).

How is this information used by us?

Once a donation is made to Gemma Services, we may use the personal information you provide upon donation to:

  1. contact you regarding Gemma Services and its fundraising efforts;
  2. obtain payment of the donation you have authorized;
  3. provide you with a receipt acknowledging your donation;
  4. comply with a court order or other legal process served on us necessitating the disclosure of such information when we have a good-faith belief that such disclosure is required by law; and
  5. undertake internal analysis.
